It’s been more than 20 years since Billy Joel has written any new pop/rock music, but that hasn’t stopped him from performing in consistently sold-out venues. From his 1973 hit “Piano Man” to his early-’90s pop singles including “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” it’s no surprise that he’s one of the top-selling solo artists in the country.
