· Deepen your understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, muscle dysfunction and apply this knowledge to assisting students out of pain. · Learn to identify major muscles in the shoulders, hips and low back that, when dysfunctional, cause pain in specific asanas, movement and rest. · Learn to self-treat these dysfunctional muscles, and how to teach students to self-treat with therapy balls, fingers and rollers.
