We're almost reluctant to give them this award because the concept of sale prices generally seems to escape them (though their recent "Buy Three DVDs, Get One Free" was much appreciated). But their inventory is impressive and their employees are helpful, thereby giving them a disc-thin edge over Media Play. If it's used DVDs you're after, you can find good deals at both CD Warehouse and Record Exchange.
