Muscles, good looks and heroic features are necessary to make the cut onto a calendar for Nation's Bravest: Firefighters Unite. For the organization's current calendar it rounded up firefighters across the states to model. Those included also receive a chunk of the change from sales to give to a charity of their choice. Currently on tour, the event stops into Charlotte on Sept. 20. One of the calendar models, Tommy DeFrancisci (pictured), who was featured as Mr. August on the 2012 calendar, is a firefighter with the Charlotte Fire Department. Money raised from the shindig at BlackFinn Restaurant & Saloon will go to the Charlotte Firefighter's Fund.
