Behind the Curtain

Enjoy a 4 course meal prepared by our talented team of chefs right in front of you. This dining experience will put 15 guests front and center of the action where all diners will be seated facing the action. The chefs will prepare the meal just as they would behind the scenes, all the commentary, the mess ups, and coordinated moves on display. The guests have the opportunity to talk to the chefs while they work, ask questions about the food, about the industry, and about being a chef. Beer and wine included during the dinner experience.
