Sunday, May 7th the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market will be hosting Beef It Up. This event will celebrate beef the best way possible, with cooking demonstrations! We will have three local chefs paired up with three of our local beef producers. They will be demonstrating how to cook with ground beef. Free samples and recipes will be passed out, while supplies last. The market opens at 12:00 pm and the event starts at 1:00 pm. Don’t miss all the fun, and come join us as we Beef It Up!
