Gaining credibility on the film front for its diverse, action-packed shorts, the Banff Mountain Film Festival Tour returns to the Q.C. with a stop at McGlohon Theater. Though past tours held at U.S. National Whitewater Center may have offered a sense of nearness to such adventurous activities, the Blumenthal facility gives viewers a relaxing atmosphere in which to watch the sometimes hair-raising flicks.
