Do you need relief from an aching low back or shoulders? In this 2.5 hour master class, we’ll explore how opening the chest and the lateral line of the body can improve backbends and help you find a deeper, fuller breath. Deep breathing is essential to relieving tension in the neck and shoulders and finding bigger, more energizing backbends. We’ll break down simpler backbends like locust and sphinx and work our way to deeper openings of the shoulders and upper back like hollow back headstand and King Pigeon. Options for all levels will be offered, everyone is welcome!
