In this workshop we will learn and practice useful ways to warm the body up for backbending - which will make them more effortless to get into, and more stable to maintain. If you DON'T love backbends, this workshop will help you approach them safely and understand them better. If you DO love backbends, we'll also show some variations on them you have never seen or tried! Backbending helps open the chest to more effectively breathe in our everyday life, and are simply a joy to practice when approached with care. Bring your questions, your mat, and a journal!
