Works by Kymia Nawabi, a first-generation Iranian-American artist from Brookyln, N.Y., will be on display. Nawabi combines a fantastical personal mythology with iconography and imagery from a variety of cultures. There is no charge to attend the exhibition, which will be on display in the Smith Gallery of the Belk Visual Arts Center.
