Figurative work that is drawn directly from the life going on around the artist, in the places they work and live, has the inevitable effect of creating a visual record of a city's literal and metaphorical landscapes, one that is unique to each artist. Mark Doepker and Hannah Barnhardt , have created work that speak to inequality, gentrification, and class division. Their overall hope is to promote a better understanding and appreciation for our fellow humans. Including live performances by James Lee Walker ll
