AMALGAMATION ARTS FESTIVAL
This special, local-geared arts festival features a bit of everything. Nine bands — Falling Through April, Nihm, Ish, Bare the Traveler, Dr. Cirkustien, Poor Man’s Fame, Funky Geezer, Sy Arden and Charlie Goodrich — are slated to play. There are also aerial performances, bellydancing and live art demonstrations from Tim Scheaffer, Lorie Arthur, Julio the Mexican, Mark Doepker and Jeff Taylor. (Anita Overcash)
