Multifamily developer to build quality, accessible 302-unit apartment community in NoDa Neighborhood near Uptown Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (January 10, 2022) – Alliance Residential Company, one of the largest multifamily developers in the nation, announced today the acquisition of 3.5 acres of land for the development of Prose NoDa in Charlotte. Located at 120 Matheson Avenue in Charlotte, Prose NoDa will feature 302 apartment units consisting of one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 663 to 1,058 square feet. The first units are expected to be available in the fall of 2024.
Located on the edge of Uptown, NoDa is Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district and is home to restaurants, breweries, theaters, and where many talented artists and musicians call home. Prose NoDa is conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive from uptown Charlotte and is within Charlotte’s Mill District.

Prose NoDa units will feature open floorplans with spacious living and dining areas, wood style flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryers in every apartment. The community will also offer two open courtyards featuring a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and grilling areas. Other amenities include a dog park, private coworking offices, a fitness center, and a clubroom for residents. The project will also feature access-controlled garage parking.

Alliance Residential currently has five other active projects in Charlotte under construction. Prose NoDa is to be designed by architect Cline Design, with McAdams serving as civil engineer.
