Queens College will host the next installment of their MFA Faculty Readings starting this evening at 8pm with Elizabeth Strout and Richard Chess ­ and continuing on Tuesday, January 8 with Robert Polito and Elissa Schappell. This diverse group of writers and professors from across the country will take turns reading from their published works. They will be available for questions afterwards. The Charlotte Museum of History will present a special preview showing of a new PBS/UNC-TV documentary, Ruth and Billy Graham: What Grace Provides from 6:30-9pm this evening. It's the story of the woman and marriage behind the most famous evangelist of the century. Director and Producer Donna Campbell of UNC-TV will be present for a short discussion.
