Saturday, September 23rd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3635 Park Road, Charlotte, 28209. The carnival will be a full fun day of rides, games, Silent Auction, Bingo, carnival classic foods as well as some International options. The carnival will happen – rain or shine – and admission is free, ticket booths for rides, food, etc. are centrally located.
