Halloween is around the corner and if your worried about the safety of "trick or treating" then we have the answer for you! The 2017 Queen City Arts & Crafts Expo is hosting this years "Trick or Treat Safely" event. There will be free trick or treat candy given away to kids at over 30 stations. We encourage the kids to wear costumes and enjoy trick or treating in a SAFE environment.
