The Arts Council of York County invites the public and the members of the Arts Council to the Annual Arts Celebration on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the Center for the Arts, 121 East Main Street, Rock Hill, at 5:30 PM. The Arts Council will kick off its 40th Anniversary by announcing 40 fabulous events to celebrate! We'll have appetizers and music and celebrate some people special to us this past year.
