The 17th Annual Exhibit of the National Arts Program showcases the creative talents of City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools employees, retirees and family members. The exhibit includes works of art in all mediums, from photography and sculpture to painting and mixed media.
