The festival, held in Uptown Charlotte on Tryon Street from 3rd Street to 1st Street, will feature live Irish music by the Federal Clan Kings & Thistledown Tinkers, Irish dancers and a pipe & drum performance by the Grandfather Mountain Highlanders.
