Deltas of Charlotte Foundation presents this film showcase. Terrance Bates of WCCB News Rising will host the evening of short films from independent filmmakers, both local and national. The films are primarily written, produced, directed and/or featuring black women. This yearwill pay tribute to the late actress/activist/poet, Ruby Dee.
