In case you haven't already heard, here's a quick roundup of tours that'll be stopping by Charlotte in the coming months:

• Iron Maiden hasn't been to Charlotte in years, but that's about to change too. The metal legends are kicking off their upcoming tour at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre on June 21 with Alice Cooper opening. The "Maiden England World Tour" will closely mirror, in terms of production and content, the original 1988 concert video of the same name. Tickets go on sale on March 2 and 3.

• The Material Girl will make her first Charlotte appearance this year. Madonna's 2012 World Tour will bring her to the Carolinas for a stop at Time Warner Cable Arena on Nov. 15. Tickets go on sale on March 5 at 10 a.m.

• It's no surprise that Dave Matthews Band is hitting the road again this summer after taking last year off, but this time around, they'll be bringing The Head and the Heart for their first Charlotte appearance. Tickets go on sale on March 9. The Avett Brothers will be opening the two concerts for DMB at The Gorge in September.

• Amos' Southend will celebrate its 21st anniversary with a concert by Cage the Elephant. The energetic rock band will be making its sophomore appearance in the Queen City on April 13. Tickets are on sale now.
