Carowinds has added another reason to puke your brains out and love every minute of it: consuming a ton of great food. The new event, on weekends through mid-May, will feature culinary delights from seven regions on both sides of the border running through the theme park. Look for gourmet food from N.C.’s Appalachian region, Outer Banks and Lexington, as well as South Carolina’s Upstate, barbecue region, Lowcountry and Charleston.
