McKay Cameron, 23, proudly hails from the charming town of Mount Airy, N.C., better known as Mayberry, hometown of Andy Griffith. But you wouldn't know that from seeing her walking the streets of Uptown. In fact, you'd think she stumbled right off the set of Sex and the City. A far cry from NYC, Cameron describes her hometown fashion sense as "non-existent, unless camo, Carhartt and Wranglers are your forte and Bass Pro Shop is your idea of Neiman Marcus." But having a mother who is the epitome of a Southern Belle taught her at an early age that being from the South isn't an excuse to sacrifice style. Her household mantra was always, "The bigger the hair, the closer to God." A former UNCC student who now works for the Carolina Panthers, Cameron's alternative job title is "self-acclaimed shopaholic." She admits she could easily be a tour guide for every boutique in the Southeast. "I collect rolling racks for additional clothing space and sadly," she says. "A portion of my basement at my parents' home is dedicated to my clothes and shoes. It's always like shopping when I go home."

Jewelry

"Everything I'm wearing is from Kate Spade to Kenneth Cole. My watch is a men's Citizen, and my plethora of bangles are all flea market finds.

Skirt: BCBGMaxAzria

"I love how flirty the cut of this sweater skirt is, yet how classic it is."

Blouse: Pleione

"It has polka dots and is sheer, which is super feminine but it has a retro look to it, which I love."

Blazer

"I got my blazer at some chic boutique in NYC. It was very inexpensive, but it incorporates three great things: black, white and gold, and it makes a super girly blouse a little more tough."

Shoes: Sam Edelman

"I'm very short, so a high heel is my best friend. I love how comfy the chunky heel is and the mix of brown and black."
