We feel a little bad giving this award to Observer mommy blogger Curtis. After all, we weren't born in a laboratory - we all have moms and know how hard they work. But sentimentality aside, Curtis' "ra-ra Charlotte" attitude is more than a little obnoxious. We already have enough coming from Uptown boosters, who get paid specifically to shake pom poms. Her posts that focus on parenting seem insightful and useful; maybe if she stuck to that, we wouldn't have to put her in a timeout.
