This is your chance to meet local film makers at The Knight Gallery on the night the world's top 48 HFP films screen at Cannes. Join our city as we work to send one of our local film makers to Cannes 2018 via The 48 Hour Film Project. Teams draw a genre at random then are assigned a character's name, a prop and a line of dialogue. Their seven minute short film is due in 48 hours. Winner from Charlotte goes head to head with 137 cities around the world for one of 12 slots at Festival de Cannes.
