For just $10 visitors can sample four varieties of local sausages and brats from Big Oak Farm, Chef Charles Catering, Gilcrest Natural Farm, and Wild Turkey Farm, rolls from Big Jim’s Produce, Henry’s Wholesome Food, and Millstone, and four types of North Carolina beer provided by Summit Coffee. Each ticket holder receives four beer samples and four brat and sausage samples – just enough to fuel up before hitting the stands at the Market! Ticket sales begin at the Market Booth at 9 a.m. on Saturday, February 25; cash or check only.
