The owners of Bar at 316, which is housed in the building previously known as Liaisons, recognized that the pink paint on the outside wasn’t doing it. In fact, they completely redid the place, and it looks fantastic. Sure, maybe the ceramic deer head in one of the first-floor rooms is a bit creepy, but that doesn’t scare off its patrons.
